Chris Murphy represents Connecticut’s 5th congressional district in the United States House of Representatives. The 5th district stretches from just west of Hartford to the New York border, containing the towns of Waterbury, Danbury, New Britain, and Meriden, as well as the vast majority of Litchfield County (Thomaston).
