I’m thrilled by the opportunity to serve the community and schools as a member of the Thomaston Board of Education.  I know my knowledge and connection to the school system will assist me in providing the students with the best education possible.  Having just recently experienced the schools, I can apply my knowledge of each building to decision making on the Board. Such recent familiarity with the schools is a rare occurrence, and I intend on using it to ensure that the students of the Thomaston School District receive the education they need to be successful in life.

I am looking forward to serving the community as a member of the Thomaston Board of Education. Thomaston is a small town with three schools that possess a great deal of potential. I believe that one of the jobs of the Board of Education is to make sure each student is getting the quality education he/she deserves. As an educator, I am well qualified to implement ideas and curriculum to help our community students reach their potential and achieve their goals.
