Take a look at the Image above.  Click Scramble to Start.  Once the puzzle has been scrambled (approx 10 seconds), use your mouse to slide a square puzzle piece up, down, left or right until all pieces are rearranged and the Candidate Poster is back to its original look.  If you "give up" click Solve to put the puzzle back to its correct look and/or click scramble to begin again.
