Meet Beth Campbell, candidate for Board of Selectman, lifelong Thomaston resident and fifth-generation member of a family deeply rooted in public service to the town! Beth is running to continue that tradition of dedication, transparency, and effective local leadership.
A registered nurse and Certified Case Manager with over 20 years of experience, Beth currently serves as a Medical Case Manager Supervisor with CorVel Corporation. Her professional background has given her deep insight into complex systems, budget planning, and policy implementation—skills she has applied in both the healthcare and public education sectors.
Beth is currently serving her 12th year on the Thomaston Board of Education, where she has been an advocate for Thomaston’s students, teachers, and fiscally responsible decision-making. Her broad service to the town also includes the Historical Commission, the Ambulance Commission, and the Education Enrichment Fund. She is Co-Chair of the Thomaston High School Golden Bears Booster Club, organizer of the Children’s 4th of July Parade, and the Senior High Youth Leader at the Thomaston Covenant Church.
With firsthand experience in town governance and a strong grasp of both corporate and educational policy, Beth brings a well-rounded, informed perspective to the challenges and opportunities facing Thomaston. She is committed to preserving the town’s rich history while supporting smart growth, public safety, quality education, and open communication with residents.
